Do you skip breakfast like I do? Is it because you don’t have time? Don’t feel hungry or don’t like breakfast?
I have always been a breakfast lover, the best food is served in the mornings, scrambled eggs, tea, toast, tater tots, pancakes…oh yummy, and it makes my stomach rumble to think about it.
‘Breakfast is important meal of the day’ as I have been told many times by family members when I was younger. It helps to start the metabolism off for the day. No eating fries or drinking pop or too much greasy foods as it is bad for you early on in the day, not helpful to the system that is waking up as you are. You could just eat something in the morning like a snack bar or drink a coffee (as someone who does this, it is better than nothing, but not the best thing.
I do really believe that having your three meals a day starting with breakfast is the healthiest way to live. Who wouldn’t want to have delicious food to kick off the day, if can make you feel livelier or be the comfort food to suppress some underlying annoyance you may have. Breakfast is a fast meal, get it and go. The shortest eaten breakfast sat down I have done is 5 minutes. Anyone can do it!
Go breakfast my favourite meal of the day!
