Theft
Two females in a green Buick were sitting at the light at State street and Walnut street. They turned southbound on State street. Suspects took shampoo and hair accessories. A witness witnessed them putting items in purse. The witness saw a woman in the hair accessories aisle and it appeared two headbands fell from the area of the woman’s purse. Woman hurried away but witness could not see if she had placed anything in her purse or not. Manger on duty reviewed video, but no cameras captured video of that aisle. An officer made contact with the females in the vehicle. Both denied the theft. They allowed the officer to check their purses and the vehicle. No headbands were found.

Disturbance
An argument was reported at BP gas station. The incident was reported as very verbal. The customer was upset because there was some type of disagreement over payment. The female gave her daughter $20 to pay for $5 worth of gas. Female tried to use the pump but it would not work. She went inside and advised the clerk. She said he would not help her because he had a line of customers. She asked for her money back. She became upset and told him she needed to get her 9 year old to urgent care for a head injury. Once the officer arrived on the scene, the clerk came out and gave her the $5 back. The clerk asked the officer to advise her that she is no longer welcome at this station.
