Coach Dick Reynolds can now put win No. 650 in his record book after the win against Ohio Northern. Reynolds recently announced his retirement from the Otterbein athletics program after 40 years as head basketball coach.

Men's Basketball vs. Ohio Northern

The Otterbein men’s basketball team broke a seven game losing streak Wednesday, Jan. 25 with a 68-66 victory over Ohio Northern University.

The game was tight from the tip-off, but junior Tommy Waterwash hit a three-point shot with only 18 seconds left in the game to bring the Cardinals past the Polar Bears by two.

Besides marking win No. 650 for coach Dick Reynolds, who announced his retirement from the Otterbein athletics program on Monday, the game was also a career high for senior Brice Rausch, who surpassed the 1,000 point mark with his team-high 14 points.
